Mobilis provides cutting services for different types of materials on a high-performance Biesse machine purchased in 2023. The services cover the whole range required: chipping chipboard, PFL, MDF, AGT, plywood, Euro jointing, 45* edge cutting, peace cutting, milling and processing of compact worktops, etc.

MOBILIS provides cantuire services for small furniture manufacturers who do not have machinery. The parts are coated with ABS 0.4/22 mm, 0.5/22 mm, 1/22 mm, 2/22 mm thick and from 10 mm to 45 mm wide. The machine is equipped with pre-bending and creasing. It is commissioned in 2023, i.e. the quality of service is above customer expectations.

MOBILIS provides drilling services for chipboard, MDF, panel, plywood, etc. for furniture manufacturers who do not have machinery. The pieces are drilled on new and preforming machine, brand SCM CX100 R, Morbideli. The high working speed and the quality of the parts at the output make the work easier and safer for any craftsman. At the customer’s request, markings can also be made for certain types of screws, hardware, hinge screws, etc.

MOBILIS provides CNC milling services in chipboard, MDF, panel, plywood, compact, kitchen countertops, Euro-finished countertops, PAZ 3 mm or PAZ 4 mm, etc. CNC milling can be done for material thicknesses from 3 mm up to 60 mm, including countertop cutting services for hobs, stoves or sinks. A special niche is the cutting and processing of compact or composite worktops, including inlaying or drawing on them. CNC milled fronts are successful thanks to the variety of designs from the large range already available or the customer’s own design can be developed to suit their needs and preferences.
