All products sold by MOBILIS, with the exception of resealed or display items, are covered by a warranty in accordance with current legislation and applicable commercial policies. The products are new, properly packaged, and sourced from authorised suppliers or from MOBILIS's own production.
For products sold and delivered by MOBILIS, the document confirming the warranty is the fiscal receipt, tax invoice, or other payment document issued in accordance with the law. The warranty period is a minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise expressly specified for certain product categories.
For each eligible product, the customer will receive a payment document that serves as a warranty certificate. MOBILIS assumes responsibility for resolving complaints regarding defects that arise during the warranty period, provided that the instructions for use and maintenance have been followed.
In the event of a defect occurring during the warranty period, the product must be presented at the MOBILIS office/service point located at: Chișinău, 5/1 Transnistria Street. This point will manage the process of identifying and resolving warranty claims.
