Return Policy

If the buyer wishes to cancel a purchase, they are required to return the product at their own initiative and at their own expense to the MOBILIS premises located at: Chișinău, 5/1 Transnistria Street.

The buyer has the right to refuse the ordered goods at any time prior to delivery, or to request a return of the product within 14 calendar days of receiving it, upon presentation of the fiscal receipt or tax invoice, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

Within the same 14-calendar-day period, the customer has the right to request the exchange of a product in perfect condition for another similar product, if it does not meet their requirements in terms of shape, size, model, colour, configuration, or other essential characteristics.

Conditions for accepting a return or exchange:

• the buyer must present the fiscal receipt or tax invoice;
• the product must show no signs of use, assembly, damage, scratches, chips, cuts, or any other defects caused after delivery;
• all original components, accessories, labels, user instructions, related documents, and packaging must be retained, to the extent that they were delivered together with the product;
• the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

If the above conditions are not met, MOBILIS reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of the product.
